Nalytics enables any individual, business user or organisation to easily and quickly search and analyse all of their unstructured data, such as emails, spreadsheets, word documents or PDF files. Organisations across the legal sector are facing an increasing number of challenges as a result of the rapid growth of unstructured data and companies need to be sure that they are using the right tools to not only manage this data, but ensure they are doing so in a time-efficient and cost-effective manner. Origin Systems

Origin Systems is a legal and software consultancy providing niche compliance, contract drafting and risk management solutions to many of South Africa's largest companies. Our services support approximately 150,000 businesses and more than 1.75 million individuals. Larger corporate clients include Old Mutual, Sappi, Hollard, Pioneer Foods, Massmart, Tiger Brands, AVI, Distell, Oceana and Telesure. Built by lawyers, for lawyers, the systems solve the unique compliance, risk management and drafting challenges faced by in-house lawyers. Key elements include a 90% reduction in drafting time; document management; advanced reporting; data security, and reminders of upcoming contract expiries, escalation clause anniversaries and condition precedent deadlines. Uniquely, we recognise that in-house lawyers simply don't have time to implement software solutions. Our legal team therefore handles the end-to-end implementation of the solutions - tailored to the specific contract precedents, circumstances and challenges of the client. BitNomos S.r.l

We design and implement software to digitalise the lifecycle of legal documental resources. More specifically, we provide software components for Agencies and Institutions that must handle complex documental processes (i.e. Legislative Councils, Judicial courts, Parliamentary Assemblies, Banks, Companies, Communities and so on). We model the legal knowledge of our clients in order to ensure the legal validity of resources they produce and their long-term preservation. To do so, we use well-known XML standards for legal resources (i.e. AkomaNtoso and LegalRuleML) and modern web technologies, such as web frameworks and semantic web standards, and innovative infrastructures such as blockchains and XML databases. We use AI, NLP, Data Science techniques to extract, classify, cluster, analyse and predict legal knowledge from the legal documents. We use also checking compliance methods to apply the legal knowledge extracted and modelled using symbolic-AI (formal logic) to concrete cases like government services, contracts, policies. Explainable AI and Human-centred interfaces are key points in our solutions.
